Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive in the Founders Office plays a crucial role in driving business growth and identifying new business opportunities for the organization. This position is key to expanding the company’s market presence, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Networking: Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
- Activity Tracking: Track and report on business development activities and results.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Founders’ Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to execute business development initiatives.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare regular sales and revenue forecasts.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Marketing Input: Provide input on marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
- Collateral Development: Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Sales Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
