Job Summary:
As a Web Engineer – React Intern, you will play a vital role in developing high-performance, responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies. You will collaborate closely with our development team to build innovative front-end solutions for domains like banking and retail. This internship offers hands-on experience in modern web development and exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web App Development: Develop user-facing applications using React.js and Redux.
• HTML/CSS Proficiency: Produce clean, semantic HTML and scalable CSS using Tailwind or CSS-in-JS techniques.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and usability.
• Testing Implementation: Implement unit testing using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Build Tools Usage: Use bundling tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt for build processes.
• Continuous Integration: Participate in continuous integration using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Version Control: Collaborate using tools like Git, JIRA, Stash, and ESLint.
• Dependency Management: Monitor and update dependencies for security and performance.
• Tech Trend Awareness: Stay current with recent developments in React and front-end best practices.
• System Upgrades: Propose and contribute to upgrades and improvements in web architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• React Experience: Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Frontend Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Redux Knowledge: Familiarity with Redux for state management.
• Tool Familiarity: Understanding of modern front-end build tools and bundlers.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• CI/CD Tools: Awareness of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and common version control workflows.
• Optimization Practices: Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices.
