Diginnovators started with a small team of just 3 members with a mission to build and scale a fully distributed company with a very strong team that builds scalable products for the clients.
After 3 years, this dream has gradually turned into reality. A lot of organizations and companies around the world had no other option but to remote work during the coronavirus lockdown and gladly our employees were all safe as we have been embracing the concept since inception.
The company was founded in 2019 with a strong focus on WordPress CMS. Initially, it began as a small firm with just 3 members who worked hard day and night. We always hear people say that at the beginning of your startup journey you are the developer, the project manager, the sales and marketing person, the HR, the designer, and the Founder & CEO of your company. These lines seem relatable when we look back now and still wonder how we have come so far.
Starting a company, especially one that is into products and services is not an easy job. In the initial weeks and months, we spent hours building just one product and we were not sure if the client would be fully satisfied. Diginnovators was fortunate to onboard Bollywood Bubble (a one-stop destination for Bollywood updates) and Jagoinvestor (a financial planning platform) as its very first clients.
With our team’s dedication and efforts, both the projects were a success, and client’s contended with our services. Very soon, we started hiring new talents and got some very skilled experts in different technologies such as AngularJS, NodeJS, PHP, ReactJS, React Native, and Flutter; one after the other. With experts in different technologies, we were soon able to expand the client base and served some very renowned clients such as Tata technologies and INIFD.
Gradually, we were able to grow by leaps and bounds and the team of 3 members evolved into a company of 30 team players in a very short span of time. This was not possible without the consistent feedback, demands, and challenges of our clients that we have improved vigorously in this journey. On this occasion, I would like to thank each one who has immensely contributed to the success of our company.
Looking back, the journey was not an easy one. Not to deny the fact that some very established clients are hesitant to do business with a newcomer in the industry. The initial year was full of trials and tribulations. It is only because of the dedication of our hard-working team members and the trust of our clients in us that we have crossed this milestone. Remotely we were able to hire some very talented Engineers, Graphic Designers, Web and Mobile Application Developers, Human Resource Managers, and Marketing and Sales professionals from different geographies.
Today, we proudly say that remote working has been the strength of Diginnovators, and without this concept, we would not have been able to grow at such a rapid pace. We have countless achievements and accomplishments, especially from last year that proved to be exceptionally productive for our company.
We also onboarded international clients from Germany, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia; thus expanding our presence across the globe. We look forward to serving more valuable clients and helping startups and enterprises scale their businesses through our digital services.
